Explanatory Notes

 

Acura Pharmaceuticals, Inc, (the “Company”) is filing the attached proxy card to amend the proxy card in the Proxy Statement that was originally filed on July 14, 2015 to correct a typographical error in the proxy card. The proxy materials delivered to the Company’s shareholders will include the attached proxy card. Other than this change to the proxy card, the Proxy Statement remains unchanged.
