This statement on Schedule 13D (this "Schedule 13D") relates to the Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share (the "Shares"), of Halsey Drug Co., Inc., a New York corporation (the "Company"). The principal executive offices of the Company are located at 616 N. North Court, Suite 120, Palatine, Illinois 60067. Item 2. Identity and Background. (a) This Schedule 13D is being filed by Michael and Susan Weisbrot, each an individual (the "Reporting Person"). (b) 170 S.
